What is your return policy?
If your product is damaged upon arrival or you receive the wrong item, you will have 30 days from receiving the package to request a refund or return.
If your product is not damaged, you have 14 days from receiving the package to request a refund or return, and the product must be in its original unopened packaging.

How do I clean it?

Does it come with a pump?
You can choose the mattress with or without an electric inflator, but we recommend the bundle.
